How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order is processed, our fulfillment partner lists an average shipping time of about 8 days to the US. Processing can add a few business days, and times may vary during peak seasons. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Checkout is processed securely by Shopify.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently focus on customers in the United States.

How do I charge the blender?

It charges with the included USB cable, so you can use a laptop, a power bank or a USB wall adapter.
