Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at vomarkt.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the problem and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping cost to you.

Return shipping

For returns that are not due to our error (for example, a change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
